Refund Policy

1. Onboarding Fee – Non-Refundable

All onboarding fees paid to N & G Ventures are strictly non-refundable.
This fee covers essential service components, including:

Property sourcing and shortlisting
Initial consultations and requirement analysis
Brand–property matching and internal coordination

Once payment is made, service allocation begins immediately. Therefore, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may choose to discontinue engagement at any stage. However:

Discontinuation of service does not warrant any refund of the onboarding fee.

3. No Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of decision after payment
Delayed brand readiness or internal restructuring
Lack of suitable property availability within a specific time frame
Non-response or lack of follow-up from the client’s side
