1. Service Overview

N & G Ventures is a commercial real estate consultancy that helps brands find high-footfall retail and commercial spaces across India. Services include property sourcing, landlord negotiations, site visits, and LOI/agreement facilitation.

2. Onboarding & Fees

  • A one-time non-refundable onboarding fee of ₹4,999/- is payable to initiate services.

  • All fees must be paid via the approved payment methods shared by N & G Ventures.

3. No Guarantee Clause

N & G Ventures makes no guarantee that a property deal will be closed for every client. While we strive to present only suitable and verified options, final decisions lie with the client and property owner.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your brand and requirements.

  • Maintain confidentiality of property details shared.

  • Not approach listed property owners independently without N & G Ventures’ involvement during the engagement period.

5. Service Validity

  • Onboarding fee entitles the client to property sourcing for up to 30 days from the date of payment.

  • After this period, continued services may require re-engagement or fresh onboarding.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, documents, designs, listings, and visuals provided by N & G Ventures are proprietary. Copying, reselling, or reproducing any of our materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

N & G Ventures is not liable for:

  • Any disputes between tenant and landlord after agreement signing.

  • Delays in site readiness or legal clearances by third parties.

  • Any business loss, goodwill loss, or indirect damages arising from property engagements.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
